In today’s fast-paced and remote work environment, cultivating an engaged and motivated workforce has become a top priority for organizations. However, many companies struggle with disengaged employees, experiencing issues like “quiet quitting” and bare minimum Mondays. By implementing this Life By Design blueprint, you can unlock the true potential of your workforce and yield remarkable results, with business growth reaching 10x levels.

As the competition to attract top talent increases, executives need to rely upon their leadership teams to identify ways to retain the talent they’ve already invested into heavily. This requires building a culture of learning, but that doesn’t require a steep training and development budget in order to be successful. Is there a cost-effective way to accomplish creating this culture to not only retain talent but to develop it?

Join Insperity’s Lisa Holley, Manager of Corporate Training and Development, and Aaron Wergeland, Manager of Business Applications Development as they unpack common obstacles of creating a culture of learning and explore a fresh perspective on having our leaders develop other leaders.

Course Abstract
“Culture eats strategy for breakfast” means that your best strategies will be destroyed by a bad culture. Good or bad, your company has a culture. Did you arrive at your culture intentionally, or did it just happen? For the team at Amnet, up until 2012, it just happened. We grew on our reputation of quality and service, but within the organization, things were no longer working well and it wasn’t fun anymore. I wanted to quit my own company. The last straw was when our dysfunctional culture resulted in dropped balls that cost us one of our largest, and one of my favorite clients. We deserved to lose their business and I was just sick about it. Fast forward 7 years, Amnet was recently named a “Best Workplace” and one of the “Best Companies to Work For” in Colorado.

I’ll be sharing Amnet’s journey and methodology that made this turnaround possible. You will leave with not only ideas, but resources to immediately begin improving your team’s culture.
